This blog is called HK BLOG but it has nothing about the everyday-life of Hong Kong in it; its name is a misnomer. It is misleading. HK BLOG is all about macro-economics and big-time geopolitics.

        Sham-Shui-Po Boy has a feeling this blogger enjoys seeing his name and words in the Internet. His blog is as dry as the Gobi Desert in the middle of summer heat, and cold and humourless at the same time. It's what amounts to a blog of repetitious, uninspiring academic mumbo-jumbo, and he probably writes the same way for his day-job and gets paid a lot for it.
